1. Guide:
Mr. Son (in Hanoi and Halong Bay) – Mr Son was very informative, gave us a fabulous tour of Hanoi & Halong Bay. We didn’t get to do the overnight junk, but Truong took us out for the day. The Car trip there & back was a lot of fun, both Truong & the driver where good fun. Around Hanoi was interesting & we loved the markets & the cooking lesson. Loved our driver. Felt very safe.

VIETNAM AND COMBODIA HOLIDAY

Mr. Loc (in Hue and Hoi An) – Mr Loc was great, having been a school teacher, he really knew his stuff & put it Across well, he had a fabulous sense of humour & had us laughing a lot. We loved Hoi An, & it being part of Loc’s neighborhood, he really showed us how they live there our bike ride Was so much fun (haven’t been on a bike for years). And again driver great felt safe & Comfortable..

HOI AN IN VIETNAM

Mr. Sang (in Ho Chi Minh City) – Really nice guy is Sang. Considering the muck up we had with the visa, he handled very well A quick tour of Ho Chi Minh City. We both found the medicine museum very interesting. Very enthusiastic guide, we loved him……  Again driver was great….

HO CHI MINH CITY MARKET

Mr. Pheara (in Siem Reap) – We knew him as Ra & he is a treasure. We just loved the tour of Ankhor Wat & Thomm. He & the driver where great & our tour of Siem Reap was awesome, don’t think he left ,any Stones unturned. And of course with our little disaster at the airport, he was right back. There picking us up, making sure we had a hotel to go to & getting right on to organising. Our urgent visa’s. Can’t say enough about how he calmly handled all of this. Another safe driver.

2. Accommodation 

Hotel De L’ Opera Hanoi  (Hanoi): Awesome!!!!!! Staff & room where great. Bed was fantastic.

Royal Lotus Hotel (Halong Bay): Was okay! Not as comfortable as De L’Opera but to get it at the last minute because of Weather, we were fine there.

Best Western Premier Indochine Palace Hotel (Hue): Was great, the room was big, bed was comfortable & all amenities of the hotel where of good quality.

Life Heritage Resort & Spa (Hoi An): We did enjoy Hoi An, loved the casualness of the open style hotel.

Sofitel Saigon Plaza Hotel (Ho Chi Minh City): Hotel was fabulous, all the comforts & close enough to the restaurants & shopping.

The Jayavarman Cruise (overnight cruise from Vietnam to Cambodia) : AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the definite highlight of the tour. We haven’t stoppedTalking about it. The Jayavarman has the best crew, who all made our time with them veryMemorable. Would encourage anyone going to Vietnam to do this trip. Chompey, Loang, Mine,Phaulai just to name a few, our Ti Chi instructor, the two young girls in  the Spa room, I couldGo on & on about these young people, they are just fantastic. Also, our two guides, Tri & RhityWhere great, there was another young guide which we didn’t have, but I know the people inHis group just loved him.

Le Meridien Angkor Hotel (Siem Reap) : Beautiful, also in a good location, not on top of everything, but close enough.

3. Transport: Loved it all, our drivers, the Tuk Tuks, the rickshaws all great.

4. Restaurants: The restaurants we visited through you were very nice & the food great.

5. Places you visited 
All the places we visited had their own history, which we found very interesting. Just toSee the way the people go about their life is great.

6. Design and management of your tour: Fabulous, we were very happy with the itinerary & the work Mr Phoung put into our holiday.There is nothing we would have changed.

7. Are there any recommendations or criticisms of services, restaurants, shops, visit sites and so on that you’ve visited on your own?
The only comment we would have would be that one is hounded by street vendors in some markets and on some streets, with requests to buy their wares, but that is part of the Vietnam experience! Our recommendation would be the Jayavarman, a must!!!! Apart from customs at the airport (who Are not very welcoming at all) in fact they make you feel very unwelcome. We have no criticisms of anything, the people are so friendly & helpful.

8. It’s highly appreciated if you could send us some of your photos taken during your journey as we’ll need them for our new brochure and updating our website.
